Small Group Therapeutic Yoga Classes

Small group classes taught in the Structural Yoga style are offered on Tuesday nights from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at Elysium Dance in Rollinsford, NH. Fee: $15
Class format:
30 minutes of check-in, centering, and Joint Freeing Series
30 minutes of selected poses from the basic series of Structural Yoga poses
30 minutes of Yoga Nidra (relaxation) and pranayama (breathwork)

Directions
From Dover: From Central Ave. find simplest way to Rt 4/Portland Ave heading to S.Berwick. Stay on Rt 4, (past pool, rink, Duston's), go through 1 light. Continue past Alexander's restaurant on R. At blinking yellow take a Left onto Robert's Rd. (Grange is on left corner) This takes you directly into Rollinsford. *Road will end, you'll see mills ahead of you. Turn Right, then Left into parking lot, staying right to get to Lower Mill. We are on ground floor, Suite #208.From Rochester: Take Route 108 (Rochester Hill Rd) into Dover, passing by Shaw's and Hannaford's on left. Continue past hospital and turn left at light at bottom of hill (Rite Aid & Brooks adjacent). Go through 1 light and turn L. at next light onto Rt. 4. Continue as from Dover directions. OR Take Route 236 from Rochester into Somersworth. Pass Pentecostal Church and veer left onto Main St. pass GE on left and keep going, passing over railroad tracks. At stop sign, turn left taking you over overpass. Turn right onto Silver Street. Next stop, turn R. onto Roberts' Rd. Follow other directions from here.*
From Durham: Take Rt 155 towards Dover, passing Elliot Rose. Stay straight as 155 turns into Silver Street through several lights until Silver St ends at Central Ave . Turn Left at this light. Stay in right lane going straight at next light Continue onto one way loop, passing Dover mills on right & left side. As you go up hill after Smiley's Store, veer right to get on Portland Ave/Rt 4. Stay on Rt 4 & continue as above.*
From Portsmouth: Take Spaulding Turnpike north. Get off at Exit 8 E /Dover Downtown Exit. This is SIlver St. Starting at Silver Street, follow above directions from Durham.
