Message from Mangala: "It is my honor and privilege to help you reconnect to your innate power of self healing. The tools of Structural Yoga will help you reconnect to your body by getting out of pain. Once the body is free you will be able to connect to your physical and subtle bodies (koshas) in new ways. This is the power of yoga."
